Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Services is made available to clients that are in need of the services we offer but require that it be offered from an entity such as ours with this certification. All the services that Propinquity Associates Business and Management Consulting (PABMC) offer would fall into this category. On other occasions, the requirements of a Request for Proposal (RFPs) can indicate, to potential contractors, the need for MBE Services. PABMC in this case can participate as a subcontractor to any original contractor winning the proposal.
