Paying close attention to; the people that we work with, the things we have to do, the resources available to us, the objectives we hope to accomplish, brings us to the term “management”.
The term management requires certain behaviors. In order to have efficient and effective results from these behaviors, we must first understand what these behaviors are.
The word management is not just a shallow word that we throw around, but one that needs to be mastered to help us to squeeze as much as possible out of our limited resources.
