    Strategic Thinking

The way we see things directs how we think about them. Daily organizations have different types of challenges to deal with. Some of these challenges must be acted upon quickly while others must be dealt with over time. The latter demands a long term view which requires a thinking that pulls in a variety of perspectives. These perspectives will help to formulate a plan that will effectively work over time.
Strategic thinking incorporates the external and internal aspects of challenges placed before organizations.
Allowing the organization to gain the most out of their current resources, as it attempts to accomplish its purpose, there needs to be a disciplined way of thinking that will take into account the past, present and future.
Strategic thinking must be valued and practiced to give the greatest reward.
